Welcome to Meraki Space Systems website.  Meraki Space Systems (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) is dedicated to safeguarding your personal information and your privacy rights. If we ask you to provide information by which you can be personally identified when using our website, it’ll only be used in agreement with this privacy policy. Personally Identifiable Information: Meraki Space Systems may collect and store personally identifiable information about you if you voluntarily provide such information to Meraki Space Systems. Non-Personally Identifiable Information: Meraki Space Systems may automatically collect and store non-personally identifying information about user interaction with our website, through cookies and other methods, described below. Examples of this information collected include demographic information, the internet browser you’re using, what computer operating system and peripheral devices that you’re using, the domain name of the website which sent you to our website and your usage of the website, including browsing habits. Non-personally identifying information collected may also include personally identifiable data that has been aggregated, making it so no one individual is specifically identifiable.

We collect personal information via our services and use it for a variety of business purposes detailed below. We store your personal information for these purposes based on our legitimate business interests, with your consent, to enter or negotiate a contract with you, and for compliance with our legal requirements. We list the processing basis for each purpose below. We may share non-personally identifying information with third parties for any reason we deem fit.

Our website is maintained in the United States of America (“USA”). We’re committed to taking all necessary steps to ensure the security of your personal information. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of your information, we’ve put into place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we’ve collected. However, due to the inherent open nature of the internet, no electronic transmission or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, we cannot guarantee that your personal information stored on our servers or communications between us, will be completely free from unauthorized access by third parties such as hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties. Therefore, we cannot provide assurance that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties won’t improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your personal information. Your use of our website demonstrates your understanding of this risk. You should only access our website or services within a secure environment.

7. WHAT INFORMAITON DO WE COLLECT FROM MINORS?

We don’t knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using our website or services, you represent that you’re at least 18 years old or that you’re the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to such minor’s use of our services. If we find out that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we’ll deactivate the account and take appropriate action to delete such data from our records. 9. DO NOT TRACK REQUESTS

Typically, web browsers, mobile operating systems and applications include a Do Not Track feature or setting that you can utilize to set your privacy preference to not have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. Currently there’s no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing Do Not Track signals.  Therefore, we don’t currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals or any other method that automatically communicates your preference to not be tracked online. If an online tracking standard that we must follow is ever adopted in the future, we’ll inform you about it in a revised version of this privacy notice. 

10. PRIVACY RIGHTS FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits California residents to request and obtain their personal information from us, once per year at no charge.  Such as information about categories of personal information we’ve disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names or addresses of all third parties with which we’ve shared personal information in the previous calendar year. We reserve the right to update this privacy notice at any time. Updated versions will be indicated by the "Revised" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it’s changed. If changes are made to this privacy notice, we’ll notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by contacting you directly. Based on the applicable laws of your country, you may have the right to request the personal information we’ve collected from you, to update your personal information, or remove it under certain circumstances.
